Guy Manzi initiated actions that ultimately led to the merger of the company he founded (MEPSCO, Inc.) and Spectrum in 1995. Guy holds a BS degree in Pathobiology from the University of Connecticut. He has more than 40 years of experience in industrial services, environment remediation and waste management services. Guy's primary focus is on waste brokerage, site remediation, industrial services, equipment/product sales and new market evaluation & development.
Prior to its merger with Spectrum, Guy served as President of MEPSCO, Inc. from 1993 to 1995. His broad background includes several senior management positions with Allwaste Services, Inc. and Bryson Environmental Services, Inc.
Steven Kirkpatrick began his career in the Industrial Services in 2005 and has been with Spectrum for nine years. Steven worked his way through the ranks from fleet mechanic to Operations Manager. His experience covers a broad range of industries and geographic regions. He has specific experience with emergency response, lumber mills, foundries, automotive and aggregate mining facilities.
Kenny joined Spectrum in May 2018. He has 17 years of experience in Environmental Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery Operations. Kenny will be responsible for growing our Mobile, Alabama division by expanding the services we offer in that market.
Shannon Blackburn joined the Spectrum team in August of 2017. Shannon has over 12 years of experience in the Industrial Services and Emergency Response field. Shannon has a broad range of experience that includes rail and fuel terminals, oil refining facilities, pipeline and automotive manufacturing facilities.
Robert joined the Spectrum team as our Superintendent, Utility and Infrastructure Services in June of 2018. Robert owned Pipe Services of Alabama which was acquired by Spectrum in May of 2018. Robert has 17 years of experience in CCTV pipe inspections, air-acceptance pressure testing, cleaning, and various other pipe and manhole services.
Anthony Manzi graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business Administration. Anthony began his career at Spectrum in 2012 in our Consulting division as a Stormwater Technician. He later transferred to the Industrial Services group as a Project Manager/Estimator. He currently serves as our Manager of Remediation and Transportation Services.
Tim Williams has been with Spectrum since 2006. Tim began his tenure as a waste technician, was promoted to dispatch and then to Field Superintendent and now has taken back over the dispatch role. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Tim's primary focus is the daily management of Spectrum's personnel and equipment.
Christy Sullivan began her employ with Spectrum in 2004 and currently serves as a Client Services Coordinator and previously as an administrative assistant with the Consulting group. She has over 10 years of experience in the Environmental and Waste industries. Christy assists clients with waste disposal needs, including profiling, evaluating customer disposal options, and coordination of waste pick-ups with waste facilities.
Alicia joined the Spectrum team in July of 2018. She is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a BS in Emergency Administration Management. With 17 years of EH&S Management experience, Alicia focuses on risk management, training and leading our team on the journey to zero accidents and safety excellence.
